Dal Cielo Wins Again In Sydney
G1 winner Dal Cielo (Per Incanto-Cent From Heaven by Centaine) remained unbeaten in Sydney this preparation after defeating last start G1 Myer Stakes place-getter Denmagic over 1000m at Randwick on Saturday.
Formerly trained by Murray Baker and Andrew Forsman, the G1 winning 4YO was gelded and given a lengthy spell after a Melbourne Spring 3YO campaign that saw him register Group placings against the best of his age-group.
Resuming for new trainer Kris Lees and a new ownership group that includes original principal owner Lib Petagna, the 4YO has compiled a second placing and two Sydney Saturday wins.
LA have three Per Incanto yearlings selling under the Sledmere Stud banner at the Inglis Classic Sale, Sydney which begins in Sydney this Saturday.
